We are devoted to our customers, every order is given full, individual attention, and treated as a work of art. We use the highest quality ingredients available (free range organic eggs, RSBT free butter and cream, local honey and maple syrup, organic fruits, high quality chocolate, flour, sugar, etc). Custom Orders
We tend to book 3-6 months in advance and highly encourage placing your order as early as possible! For more information please CONTACT US. All payments for custom orders are non refundable. Changes to custom orders may be permitted at our discretion with written notice given no less than 2 months prior to the event date.
Weddings
We tend to book 6-12 months in advance for weddings and encourage inquiring as early as possible to ensure we will have your date available. Every wedding order is completely individual and we take on a limited number per month to ensure each is given our undivided attention. For more information please fill out our wedding inquiry form.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
We take your privacy very seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. All purchases are encrypted and SSL secured. We accept PayPal, one of the most trusted ways to purchase on the internet, in addition to our other secure payment options. We only collect necessary information that is related to your order. This includes your name, billing address, shipping address, email address and credit card information. Only your order data, billing, shipping, and order contents are stored on our server. We do not store your credit card/payment data. Your information is only used to fulfill your order and for any communications relating to your order. All customers will also be automatically subscribed to our newsletter, which can be unsubscribed to at any time. We do not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
Painting With Sugar is capable of providing our freshly baked products to commercial clients. We offer a variety of packaging options for easy product display. Please note our macarons do require refrigeration to maintain highest quality and freshness. For bakery settings, macarons can be displayed in refrigerated or non-refrigerated cases but any product displayed in such a way that does not sell will need to be discarded, or otherwise made unavailable for sale, after two days. For those interested parties we are happy to provide our wholesale price list, flavor list and may make special arrangements for pricing according to volume. Cancellations & Refunds
We do not offer refunds on custom orders or other purchases.
Due to the custom nature of our work and the care and attention we give to each order, we are blocking out your date, turning away other work and sourcing ingredients and materials just for you. Cancellations must be made in writing and all deposits and or payments made up to the date of cancellation are non refundable. At our discretion, such payments may be made transferable to a future order of equal or lesser value, but this is determined on a case by case basis and cannot be guaranteed.
